- Do small T-cross mailers need to be mailed in envelopes?

You can mail your T-cross mailers with or without envelopes. To mail without envelopes, your mailers must have at least two wafer seals/tabs. Just use the Wafer Sealing & Tabbing dropdown on the product page to add yours.
